The project settings can be viewed by all users assigned to the project. However, with the exception of search favorites, changes can only be made by a superuser or the project administration.

The following settings can be adjusted:

• The structure and associated plans can be edited in the project structure.
• The QR codes for the project structure can be created using Print label.
• Areas can be entered in the Area list, which can be specified in addition to the structure.
• Information about the project can be entered in the project settings.
• Additional acceptance types can be added and the settings can be adjusted.
• Additional status can be added and the settings adjusted.
• Additional classifications can be added and the settings adjusted.
• In the search favorites, search filters for the pending list can be set and a default filter can be set.
• Under Template storage / Categories, project-specific text templates and categories can be added.

Project structure

If there are project structures with associated sub-project structures, you can expand and collapse all structures using the arrows (1).

You can export the list of displayed structures as a PDF file using the PDF icon (2).

You can add another project structure using the green plus sign at the top right (3). You also have the option of adding several project structures at once using the double plus sign at the top right (4). The project structures are then added as the topmost structure (dark gray bar).

If you want to create a sub-project structure, you can do so next to the desired project structure using the green plus sign (5). If you want to create multiple sub-project structures, you can use the double plus sign (6) for multiple entries.

The order of the project structures can be adjusted. To do this, select the arrow button (7) for the project structure you want to move and move it to the desired location.

The project structures (including sub-project structures) can be copied using the copy icon (8).
